Sometimes life changes, and what once felt manageable no longer does. You may feel overwhelmed by sensory input, find it hard to slow your thoughts, struggle to make space for yourself, or want to learn new ways to care for yourself. This one-to-one coaching service allows you to learn and practise mindfulness, self-compassion, and sensory wellness practices. Together, we will explore what you notice, what you need, and which practices may help in your everyday life.
Learn to notice your sensory experiences and understand how sensory input can affect how you feel and function throughout the day. We will explore practices that may help you respond to sensory demands in ways that work for you.
Learn practical mindfulness practices that can help you develop awareness of what is happening in the present moment. We will find ways to make mindfulness part of your everyday life, whether you are new to it or have found traditional meditation difficult.
Explore what it means to respond to yourself with kindness when life is difficult. Drawing from the Mindful Self-Compassion approach developed by Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer, we will explore ways to recognize when you are struggling, meet yourself with greater care, and develop a different relationship with self-criticism.
Self-compassion is not about ignoring difficult experiences or always trying to feel better. It is about learning how to respond to yourself when things are hard.
The goal is not to add more things to your to-do list. We will explore how these practices can fit into your existing routines and activities and support what matters to you.
