Having personally experienced the challenges of sensory overload due to migraines and an autoimmune condition, I understand how difficult it can be when sensory overload disrupts your ability to perform the activities you once enjoyed. Our collaborative and experiential approach aims to enhance your understanding of the behaviors, triggers, routines, and environments that impact your sensory experiences. With our guidance, you'll discover tools that promote self-compassion, mindfulness, and sensory exploration, enabling you to alleviate overload and prioritize your nervous system's well-being.
Guided by our coaching, through an OT lens, you'll identify and set realistic, attainable goals and daily intentions. Through this process, you'll learn techniques to reduce stress, improve self-care practices, and boost your ability to concentrate. We're here to support you as you return to your daily activities and reduce your suffering from sensory overload.
This service focuses on an educational and self-management approach. While our coaching is therapeutic in nature, it is not considered therapy or a medical intervention. Let us help you regain control and improve your quality of life.
